Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have a keen interest in joining a start-up team that is at the forefront of transforming the retail industry in Canada.


Job Summary

We are seeking a grad student for a 20-week paid internship to join the Ecommerce & digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience working on transformation projects across various functions, including digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and marketplace development. 
Customer Maps rapidly expanding digital agency in Calgary, we’re looking for an outstanding individual who can help us on digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

1)Gather information about the retail market, the competitors, and the consumer to help guide promotional activities.

2)Assist in the development & implementation of Ecommerce projects across various marketplaces & digital channels.

3)Identify, organize, and post relevant social media content and SEO website optimization.

4)E-commerce listing and marketplace optimization.

5)Gather data and create reports related to customer journey and experience

6)Assist with Search Engine Optimization on Search Engine Marketing.

7)Develop action plans to guide the brand on promotional programs, strategic partnerships, and product placement

Who You Are/Qualifications

1)Bachelors students, with Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

2)Enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and other related fields

3)Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

4)Strong written, verbal communication skills and web content development ability.

5)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing.

6)Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to support transformation initiatives.

7)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
